Happy Day All!  Wow!  What a busy week it has been.  I am at a scrapbooking retreat with my daughter who drove up from Salt lake City.  Although it is really fun, it is also exhausting.  You know what I mean?  Up early, up late, not much sleep …….  But, I wanted to share with you one project that I am working on at the Retreat.

B Jewelry
My Upline, Mary Fish, wore a similar one at Leadership.  Someone on the Advisory Board made it for her.  Of course, hers was finished! I liked the look , so I thought that I would give it a try.  My Digital Studio makes it easy!  I used the 1-1/4 " circle punch and then paper filled it.  The monogram is also form MDS and was added to the paper filled circle.  Being able to size the monogram is what makes this project work.  After printing it on Whisper White c.s. on my home computer,  I punched it out with the 1" circle punch.  Apply crystal effects to the monogram bottlecap and leave it to dry.  Do NOT touch it or you will mess up your crystal effects.  My next step will be to add the "jewelry components" to turn my project into a necklace.

And, Stampin' Up! has reduced the price of MDS to $19.95 from $79.95.  At that price, why not get it and give it a try,  You will find video tutorials on the Stampin' Up ! website to help you learn the program.

My favorite bottlecap necklace is a purple one that I made for my Granddaughter.  For some reason, I can not get the picture of it to send from my phone.  But, when I finish the necklace, I will try again.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

Hugs,

Ginger
